Jumbo update 30 November 2012

The Moses memorial barn is located on a piece of land with its own separate title deed to ensure that it is totally separated from the remainder of our property and would not be affected in the event of our death or sale of the remaining property for any reason and provision for this has been legally made. Although the barn is legally separated from the rest of the property it is close to the back door of the house (I am sure that from time to time we may nee...

Jumbo update 23 November 2012

Posted by Jenny Webb on Friday, November 23, 2012,

All of us at Jumbo Foundation have gone through our days of grieving for Moses in different ways and the wonderful support from so very many people around the world has been overwhelming and has really helped during this hard time. We have all shed enough tears to have irrigated a field, smiled at shared memories and even managed a laugh or two as we remembered some of Moses antics.

Moses up date 2 Nov

Moses has had a bit of a difficult week, with the build up to the first rains it has been very hot and humid and you can feel the tension in the air which has affected our sensitive little boy who has not been sleeping as well as he normally does and when he is asleep he wants to be very very close to me. With his very sensitive digestive system any sort of stress results in diarrhea which is a contstant challenge to us, especially as it results in such rapid weight lo...

MoseMoses update 26 October

Moses has had a fairly quiet week this week apart from the first storm of the season the night before last which he DID NOT LIKE. Every time there was a clap of thunder he grabbed tighter onto my arm grunting softly and then when there was an exceptionally loud bang he leapt up squealing but settled down again quite quickly after a few cuddles.

The storm however has brought a welcome relief to the hot humid conditions we had earlier in the week as Moses is ...
